We, James and Alicia, started this page as a place to share their health resources that we had discovered over the years. It started as just texting people really long messages. That wasn’t sustainable as more and more people started to inquire. We felt we had so many amazing resources that we wanted to share in a bigger way. That desire to share and help is what pushed us to create this site and store to help facilitate people on their path to wellness and wholeness. Most of the resources on here are free, at least, at least the ones we feel are the most important. For those who have a budget or just less time to do the free things, we have provided some of the supplements that have most benefitted us over the years. James and Alicia live part-time in Carrboro, NC (Sept-May) and part-time in Paradise Valley, Montana (May-Sept). Originally we lived in Montana full-time, but in 2022, Alicia’s dad, Robert, had a health incident where they almost had to amputate his leg. Thank goodness that wasn’t the reality, but it kept Robert from being able to run his business, Oasis Cafe. James and Alicia moved in full-time to the mother-in-law apartment underneath Robert. During this incident, James and Alicia began to work at the business in Robert’s absence. It became clear that not only could they help grow the business, but they enjoyed it. So they took over most the operations for Robert so that he could do what he does best, serve and tell stories. You will find Robert healthy today and always at Oasis until about 5:30pm. He is the mystical founder and bartender.

After this we rebranded the business to Oasis Botanical Lounge that it is today. Cozy coffee and tea house where happy healthy vibes meets herbal highs. It’s a lot of what we offer on this site and MORE! Join us in person, 7-days a week at Oasis Botanical Lounge in Carrmill Mall, Carrboro, NC. You will definitely leave feeling uplifted!

The other part of the year, luckily the summer ;), Alicia and James are in Paradise Valley, Montana hosting experiences, developing their property and their soon-to-be massive underground healing center. The Helmet of Salvation. That was the original name of the 7,100 sq ft underground bunker that Alicia bought from a Church Universal and Triumphant (CUT) member. Most of the bunker was left in tact with personal effects, clothes, food, books, and tools. Think underground retro-80’s thrift store.

We are in the processing of cleaning out the bunker and transforming it into an underground healing experience. This project is very much in the infant phase, but it is our life’s vision to one day transform this once 1980’s dooms-day time capsule into a healing space for sound, vibration, frequency, heat, cold and transformational experiences.

We don’t live in the bunker though. That is at the bottom of our 20-acre property. Our home is situated at the top corner of the property with 180+ degree views of the Absroka Mountains and the most prominent peak in Paradise Valley, Emigrant Peak. We share our home with our two magical cats, Caza and Nuit. This is where we host experiences and live during the summer. We are beyond grateful to steward this space in Montana. It is truly Big Sky country and God’s country.
